Space planning is a very imp aspect of building design. It is shown how physical space is best utilised in structures. The space plan will also define the circulation patterns that show how ppl will move through the space.

Turnkey Projects

The turnkey process includes all the steps from space planning to design and construction coordination. execution and complete installation at the site. We provide end-to-end solutions to make your dream home with a complete transformation.

At the time of handover, we make sure that every angle of the home is picturesque. We make a space feel truly authentic and unique.

Residential Projects

We excel in residential projects. When we say residential it includes homes, villas, apartments, penthouses etc. We start by understanding the people living in the house, and their liking and then we understand their needs. Now based on this we start working on the project.

Commercial Projects

We know that you spend most time of your day at work and so at creatives by Rimaa we design offices that are comfortable, elegant and absolutely functional. Commercial are workplaces such as offices, clubs, stores, cafes etc.

Our Process

Initial Client Meeting
At the very first stage, we do a walkthrough of the space to understand the client’s requirements and discuss with the client what your goals are for the project. After the signing of the contract, we send a questionnaire to the client to understand their preferences as in what materials they like in their house, what theme they prefer etc.
Creating Concept
We start Working on the mood boards + material charts, reference images for all areas and Autocad layouts for furniture blocking and spacing. We show 2-3 options for a plan to the client, depending on the space and along with that we add a lot of ref images.
Designing Stage
Once we arrive at the final mood board and material chart, we then move into 3D views, Firstly it is done on the sketch up and then 3D renders are generated, to see how beautiful and photorealistic the space looks to the client. We present this to the client and then based on the renders we move into the selection of the materials.

Working Drawings and building of BOQ – The working drawings start happening and once we are done with all the drawings, based on the selections made by the client, we build out a BOQ with exact quantities. Once the client approves the final BOQ, the work gets started and we move into the execution phase.
Execution Phase
Once we move into the execution phase, we start building the work schedule. We have a site supervisor who goes and checks in the site phase-wise.We have regular site checks and production of site reports, work progress details are done,to ensure smooth functioning at the site
Handover Phase
We go into the snag list items, any of the smaller items that are there, we make sure that everything is closed off and we have a happy handover. During the final handover, we do the entire staging of the property and when the handover is complete we thank our clients for being a part of the process with us. Components : These are the visual elements used within a design. Photos, illustrations, icons, typography, line work, decoration, borders and backgrounds are all components.
Concepts : Are the abstract elements of theme, connotation, message and style. These intangible ingredients of a design or image are critical to its visual presentation and delivery of the message.
Composition: This is the way in which the components of a design are visually combined and arranged. Composition takes into account placement, grouping, alignment, visual flow and the divisions of space within a layout.
